• Significant others… My husband Matt, daughters Abigail and Josephine, son Samuel, and Zuzu the blind cat.
• I enjoy… live theatre that moves me and tells a really good story.
• The best meal… is a plate of Pad Thai in a night market, fresh seafood pasta on a beach in Costa Rica, or anything ethnic, fresh and cheap somewhere else.
• Don’t talk to me about… being hungry at bedtime when you refused to eat at dinnertime.
• I could talk forever about… the wonder of giving birth. I’m a little obsessed with… getting rid of the morning glory in my garden.
• Someday I’ll be rid of… the morning glory in my garden.
• Friends know me… as a listener and deep thinker with a streak of irreverence.
• I’m reading… lots. Most recently, Tough Choices by Carly Fiorini, The Great Neighbourhood Book, by Jay Walljasper, The Irresistible Revolution by Shane Claiborne and The Land by Walter Brueggeman.
• Church is… God’s idea.
