• You have a mature Christian faith
• You embody our core values of Presence, Compassion and Generosity
• You enjoy being with youth and helping them grow in faith
• You have good organizational and communication skills
• You have a proven ability to relate to and lead groups of young people

Your Role

Working closely with the Youth and Children Lead, the Youth Assistant/Youth Pastor is the frontline person in Cap’s Youth Ministry. He/She offers relationship, care and spiritual guidance to Cap’s highschool and intermediate elementary students, offering opportunities to be connected and formed by God’s presence, compassion, and generosity.
