We have prepared a candle lighting prayer guide for our community to use at home during Advent this year. This guide has prayers for each week of Advent for your household to use together as you light Advent candles.
The wreaths we will make during All Church this Sunday can be used at home with this liturgy, but if you aren’t able to make one, any wreath or candle set will do.
In the midst of all the other celebrations and traditions during December, we hope that this ritual of lighting the Advent wreath will help our Cap community hold the anticipation of the arrival of Christ Jesus at the centre of our journey.
